the right to withdraw consent for processing of personal data for a specific purpose, if such consent has been previously given,

We may refuse to exercise certain rights from those indicated above where the implementation of a given right would be in conflict with the legitimate purpose of the data we process. For example, we may refuse to delete personal data specified in your order until the expiry of the limitation period for claims under the concluded contract.

Providing personal data is always voluntary, but necessary for placing an order, signing up for a newsletter, making a complaint or contacting us.

Payment for the order is made via different banks and payment systems. In this regard, banks and payment systems are independent personal data administrators.

Invoices. If we issue an invoice for the placed order, we process your data only to the extent necessary to issue the invoice. In this case, the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the fulfillment of the legal obligation to issue the invoice. In addition, all issued invoices are registered in our accounting documentation. As a result, your personal data will be processed as a part of this documentation for the period stipulated by law.

Complaints. If you submit a complaint, you provide us with data contained therein. We process this data in order to complete the complaint procedure.

In this case, the legal basis for processing of your personal data is the fulfillment of our legal obligations related to the complaint procedure.

Newsletters. By subscribing to newsletters, you provide us with your personal data such as your name and e-mail address. We process this data in order to send you newsletters.

In this case, the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent expressed by selecting appropriate check-box when subscribing to newsletters.

The data provided in the newsletters subscription form will be stored in the mailing system database for the duration of the website activity, unless you decide to unsubscribe, which will result in deleting your data from the database.

Payment system. We use different banks and payment systems. Different banks and payment systems are not integrated with our website. The payment is made entirely via their service.

Server logs

Use of the website involves sending queries to the server on which the website is hosted. Each query sent to the server is stored in server logs.

Logs include user’s IP address, server date and time, browser and operating system information. Logs are saved and stored on the server.

Data stored in the server logs is not associated with specific persons using the Website and is not used by the Administrator to identify him or her.

Server logs are stored for the purposes of website administration only. Its content revealed to no one except those persons authorized to administer the server.
